Alley Scooting With Mom {Upper Northwest Washington, DC Family Photography}

What better way to enjoy the beautiful weather we  had today in Washington, DC than to practice your scooting skills in the alley with Mom.  Chevy Chase is full of toddlers…most of whom were out enjoying the unseasonably warm temperatures in alleys, backyards, and playgrounds across the neighborhood today.
